Typically, shoes and cities do not get along. Heels and cobblestones especially. When making one's way down Brick Lane on a Friday evening - bass blaring between buildings as crowds schmooze and schlep through alleys and clubs -London's shoe style is blatant and brave. Neon orange patent heels. Shabby chic boots, flat as ever, notably unlaced. Trainers working overtime to keep their toe caps crisp and unblemished. It's a mishmash of culture, taste, and only the finest kicks. And we find it near impossible to not get hit with random waves of shoe-envy. Which is why we'd like to share a few of our favorite London footwear spots. They sell shoes that go well with whatever style you choose to strut.
